Terms of Sale

Moderation, digital animation and application development services are described in quotes and contracts signed with each client.

Prices are quoted in FCFA or as agreed. Payment is made according to the terms defined in the contract (down payment, instalments, etc.).

Delivery and execution times are specified in each quote and contract. A delay may not give rise to cancellation or penalties except after formal notice that has remained without effect.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Yaoundé shall have jurisdiction. The consumer may use a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable regulations.
